If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

The wrong item
A missing item
A product damaged during transit
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly.
The following items are not eligible for refund:
Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery
Items reported after the 48-hour notification window
Clearance or final-sale items
Custom or special-order plants
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
